Converter for Electrical In-Wheel-Drive-System
from KYOCERA AVX Components (Salzburg)

This customer specific module includes two complete B6 IGBT bridges, the driver circuit and controller board. The highly integrated module provides protection from over temperature, over current and over voltage. The IGBT bridges with a low inductance layout are printed on ceramic substrates using the latest IGBT technology.
